This is a hidden political gem . The CEO should probably shut down this so called 'analytics' firm and launch a political party given the kind of management that he has gathered who have absolutely no skills and all their energy is focussed on making life miserable for the employees. That is the only way for this firm to succeed. HR is a group of extremely incompetent folks who are a disgrace to the profession of Human Resources. They probably dont even know what they are supposed to do. Just taking hefty salaries home for working 9-3. Perfect job isnt it ! The company has absolutely no vision , the product is in a extremely bad state . Its as if nobody here knows what exactly they want to do. Absolutely no innovation . Dont remember last when something new happened. There is absolutley nothing to motivate here. Almost all the time most of the guys are integrating things that someone else has worked on so if you are thinking you are going to get to learn here , dont become a fool. The firm earlier had the advantage of being a good pay master in NCR but now there are many options so make your choice wisely. If you a young person just starting your career and have multiple options in hands , just stay away from here. This will be a career destroying move.
