-Was good pay and work while the company valued investing -Benefits were pretty good -Severance package
Cons
-Exec leadership decisions causes a change of direction which was planned for years affecting alot of people -Decided to pull back investments and doesn't seem they will continue with true innovation -No innovation means it 'could' be another company who wants to get what it can out of it
