Those people do their best to make you fail your probation period complaining about each dot or comma of your completed task. You will receive minimum to zero training but demanded maximum. Manager tend to rely on GL accountants negative gossips about you and has no own opinion. If you accept, the job offer be prepared that you will have the most unsupportive colleagues to which you can never count on. I recommend NEVER EVER decide to join Guerbet s.r.o. GL team. It does not worth to try to work at this department. Because even if you pass your trial period you will receive limited 6 months contract.
