- Very very low salary for a foreign language job - the salary rate was not decided based on market research, they pretty much eyeballed 'this figure sounds like it would work'.
- Immense workload with no tangible gratification. Just like someone else mentioned in a recent review, employees were stretched thin from the pandemic, and the CEO refuse to give acceptable raises. Employees have to beg for the raise they were promised. They throw in 50 - 80eur every now and then. Does not appreciate the value employees bring to the table as they view employees as highly dispensable. As much as it is the reality, a lot of the people who work here give the company their 200% and more because it feels like a close-knitted community - I have to say that the company does not deserve it.
- I can accept a chaotic unstructured work environment if it’s at an early stage and especially with inexperienced founders/team but the leader has to address it sooner or later. It is normal to wear multiple hats in a startup but it’s not a good sign if it drags out too long.
