Poor culture & management - Anonymous employee Guggenheim Partners Employee Review

Worked at Guggenheim Investments for a little over a year. Culture was bad, people did not talk to each other. Management/ownership did not care about employees, very very cheap. For example if you needed a new monitor it would take forever with tons of pushback.
