IB Bonus - Be Careful - Investment Banking Associate Guggenheim Partners Employee Review

Worked 100+ hour weeks in NYC TMT, never had bad feedback, and was let go among ~15 other Associates/VPs 2 weeks before bonuses were paid out. Got stiffed on the bonus. Very poor management. Be careful if you’re a current employee. Read your contract. Also heard loyalty and morale now is at an all time low at the firm. Firm makes promises it doesn’t keep (told A3s to expect promotions and then stiffed them too.)
