Pros

Remote work. Work life balance. People doing the actual work are great! Senior leadership sucks!

Cons

Senior leadership. Folks are underpaid and overworked without clear direction, expectations or path to success. PMO is asked to sell new service lines without really knowing/understanding what they are selling. Sales are pushed on teams that have no sales exp. Performance "documented" without employees knowledge, improvement plan or coaching. Nepotism

Pros

Work life balance is the biggest perk at this company. Most roles are fully remote although I've noticed a shift to in person/hybrid requirements in recent job postings.

Cons

Leadership is ineffective. No mentorship. No room for professional growth. Many applications to internal positions go unanswered and those that do move to interviews, go nowhere. Bonus structure is dismal. Pay is mediocre. Raises are minimal. Opportunities for internal promotions are slim to none.
