Pros

They pay well and most of the people working there are nice

Cons

One of the high-position bosses. Most current and former workers agree that this company would be amazing if it wasn't for him. He likes to micromanage everything and will go over your own boss if he does not like something you do. There is also always a chance he will yell at you in front of other employees if he thinks you made a mistake. If you look up "fear-based management", he ticks every box. He is also known to have made sexist comments to the women and many women feel he does not take them as seriously as he does men. There have also been instances of the company hiring men at higher starter salary than more qualified women, i.e. women with more education and/or longer work experience (they hired the women too, they just didn't get the same starting salary). The company itself is also run terribly. I've spent days working on an assignment somebody else was also working on separately or found out that it was a redundant task. The reason for this might be because staff does not seem to last. There is only a handful of people who have been with this company for more than two years.

Pros

The experience was eye-opening and made me more cautious and selective in my future job searches.

Cons

Toxic environment with zero respect for employees — stay away I worked at this company for a year, and that was more than enough. The owner is emotionally unstable — frequent outbursts, unpredictable decisions, and aggressive communication are the norm. There is no proper management or planning. Deadlines are completely unrealistic, and any attempt to question them is met with hostility. You're expected to be available 24/7, when you are on shift. Evenings, weekends, holidays — it doesn’t matter. If you're not online, you're treated as if you're slacking off. To make things worse, many highly skilled professionals were let go under the vague excuse of "budget cuts." These were people who were competent, dedicated, and well-liked by the team — which made it even more obvious that the issue wasn’t money, but mismanagement and lack of respect. There’s no professional development, no constructive feedback — only stress, chaos, and burnout. The atmosphere is suffocating. People walk on eggshells every day, afraid of being yelled at or fired for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Not even as a first job. It’s simply not worth it — no salary can make up for the psychological toll.

Pros

Great cafeteria and coworkers and realy nice office space.

Cons

The founder uses to much of drugs and is either in realy good mood or crazy, nothing in betwen. Uses public shaming when the results are no to his liking and has usualy 2-3 emploies at the office, he uses as a personal puncing bag. Goes back and forth with decisions and does not let the employes know, but shouts at them for not reading his mind. Throws out all talent that does not agree with all his ideas, surrounds himself with yes people.
