Pros

People-first culture – The team is smart, humble, and genuinely collaborative. Leadership is accessible, and feedback is taken seriously. High-impact work – Whether you're in product, engineering, support, or sales, you’re empowered to own your work and make decisions that move the needle. Fast-paced but intentional – It’s a startup vibe with structure. You’ll never be bored, but you’re also not thrown into chaos without support. Customer-obsessed – You hear the customer’s voice everywhere: in meetings, in Slack, and in how we prioritize product features. Empowered by trust – Leadership gives you the autonomy to approach your work in a way that suits you best. I've been able to take risks, make mistakes, and grow because I know I'm trusted to figure things out.

Cons

Growing pains – As with any scaling company, some processes are still being built or refined. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. (Which is exciting to me because I get to leave my mark on process!) Limited formal training – There’s a strong learning-by-doing culture, which can be exciting or overwhelming depending on your learning style. (Which I personally LOVE)

Pros

This is the best place I’ve ever worked. I’m grateful to be here every single day. 10/10 would recommend. I know I’m in good hands here.

Cons

Requires very fast adoption of product knowledge. It’s a smaller company, so you must be quick on your feet and ready to jump in. It’s a fun ride!
