      There is a strong culture of care, support, and collaboration in the claims litigation unit. The team is strong, talented, and knowledgeable. The Legal leaders are responsive and supportive.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be difficult and isolating. You have to make an effort to show up for meetings and 1:1s and reach out to others.

      They have outsourced most of their services to The Mutual Group, so if you want to work for GuideOne you have to get a job with The Mutual Group.

      remote work. minimal micro management. barely any meetings.

      Cons

      Tech could be better. it was all good until Guideone was acquired by The Mutual Group. said everything will be A OK. solicited alot of feedback from Employees, then forced employees to say that it's a certified great place to work. Then layoffs happened. more will probably come. uncertain future
