Pros
If you work hard you will quickly get a lot of responsibility and earn first crack at big accounts. The PM job is engaging - you're dialed in from 8-6 everyday, and occasionally have to be on call later, but the work life balance is solid. You get to work with interesting clients and quickly build a great repertoire of soft skills.
Cons
- entry role is paid nothing - limited long-term career path...best move is to rise quickly to PM, get a couple years under your belt, and transition somewhere else to a more dynamic Strategic Account Management position, for example
