Pros
The company does a good job of pretending to care about its employees and patients. Ample amount of opportunity for free food.
Cons
Your health is secondary to the company. Unprofessional and unqualified individuals represent management, (Kamilah). Very chaotic, unstructured and unorganized. Micromanagement is almost unbearable with this company. They will tell you one thing, then when you do as you were advised, you just might get reprimanded. Last minute meetings etc. Very political, promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. If you are a rational adult who actually thinks for themselves, this probably isn’t the job for you. VERY high turnover rate. Hence the reason why no one stays long term. Entire program claims to be “for the patient”, in reality its for the money. Everything is money driven. No room for growth. This is more of a temporary job until you find a real career. The company does not care about you/for you. They will use you and then drop you when they feel they no longer need you. No 401k.
