- Low pay. - Very little (if any) growth/learning opportunities for skills. - Expected to work well beyond job description for no compensation. - Long working hours and lots of expected overtime with no compensation. - Demanding clients that often force day before changes (more overtime!) - Top level management is poor and doesn't seem to have a grasp on what a digital company should be. - Management will use systems (such as pay software) based on if big companies use them and not because they suit the workplace.
