Pros

The people at the hq are helpful. They listen to employees and usually will attempt to contact the person in order to fix the issue.

Cons

Poorly trained, vindictive management. My manager would insult his workers on a daily basis and the calls to hr would not resolve the issue. Favoritism is rampant. The benefits are a joke, the management pushes it really hard as if they would receive bonuses from your loss. As far as the benefits, the company runs a site that contains the contacts for the providers. The problem is that the contacts are expired. As far training, I was left to figure out procedures on my own. Pay is not good unless you sell a lot of equipment. I started with $8/hr after 5 years of employment I made a $1.50 raise.... while the management boasts about how much money the store is generating, they want you to work longer hours and will not pay overtime and holidays. If you have a family be aware that you are gonna work holidays and you cannot request that time off, as a matter of fact management might threaten your employment

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
