Excellent staffing, good leadership, fun work environment

Great people to work with for the most part. We tend to spend a lot of time with each other. Like any family there can be rough spots with your coworkers but lots of great times as well. Benefits are pretty good, pay is a little on the lower side but if you're willing to put in the overtime. You can do really well. Unfortunately in the bay area 100K is almost poverty level.

Heat, it's hot in half the building. As a mechanic, working in 100f plus is a regular deal. Hottest I worked in was 136f and humid. 2 days to get an 1800lbs gearbox off the top of a 20ft tall tank while fighting the 130f plus temperatures.
