      Genuine managers who care about personal life , 9/80 schedule , hybrid work, great 401k match.

      Not the typical corporate culture, if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a laid back “open concept” environment

      great benefits - hybrid work schedule - upper management seem to try to get to know everyone.

      Cons

      Some department managers have a tendency to over work that one person that doesn't say no - so that person ends up being overworked and underpaid.
