- Try to hire everyone cheap. Don't want to pay for talent at any job. - Branches are just cash registers for the family and are treated as such. - Family owned and insured business requires owners to scrutinize EVERY decision and dollar spent with little getting done. - Branches have to run so lean that growth is difficult and customer service suffers. - Technology is awful at best and getting laped by the competition. - Health insurance is mediocre at best. Costs much more for less coverage as my last, smaller employer with same provider. - Vacation policy is the worst I've seen for new employees.
