Wonderful feeling of family and commitment, the overall environment is one of love and undying commitment, management will do anything for those it employs. Flexibility can be easily negotiated when you know how the system works. The family here is one of pure heart, sacrifice, and the utmost dedication. A wonderful place to work if you are looking for somewhere to belong for life and are able to accept drama which is a normal part of life. Dedication is recognized and rewarded, but non dedication is not punished. This is due to the soft hearts and caring souls that understand problems and struggle. It takes a very special person to succeed here but if you can you will never be sorry, unless you feel the need to leave that can be very painful
