Pros

Free lunch The campus has very nice landscaping 401K

Cons

School gloats on being a family.....it is not, uncomfortable competitive environment produced by the administration in K-8 Unfair practices with preferred teachers You do not receive free tuition for your children until you have completed your 15th year Assistant head of schools K-8 lacks qualified credentials and runs the school as a public school. There are many teachers that teach sitting down and are on their mobile devices during class times Technology is faulty and outdated Class sizes continue to increase 20 to 21 students per teacher. Small classroom sizes approximately 300 sq.ft

Pros

Small class sizes and significant planning periods. Innovative classrooms with a generous budget for resources. Pay is well above the public school average, complemented by a solid benefits package, generous PTO, and free daily lunch.

Cons

Despite competitive pay, the 401k match could be higher, and salary still struggles to keep pace with the high Miami cost of living. Administration frequently introduces new initiatives and policy changes that often feel unnecessary or poorly vetted.
