Salary is always credited on time, which is a big plus. However, there have been issues like lack of communication from HR—especially in cases like health insurance expiry in the second year, which was not informed in advance. Some employees might face salary deductions due to login/logout time discrepancies. The 2nd and 4th Saturday off policy isn't very favorable, although the company does provide comp-off if you work on those days. There are no bonuses, but small tokens like a Parker pen and a diary are given. On the brighter side, the company puts effort into employee engagement—celebrating Secret Santa with snacks like samosas, sweets, and tea. They also organize an annual picnic, which is a fun and enjoyable event for all.

I found no pros in the company during the 1.5 years of my tenure.

The company lacks everything. The most prominent are company values and lack of cooperation from the HR department in terms of solving grievances. You might call and text the HR for days and still receive no replies. However the lack of values is a serious issue which hampers the well being of the employees. I would not recommend anyone to join this company.
