Pros
Always work to be done, autonomy encouraged, friendly team mates. Working from home is fantastic. Generally flexible when shifts need to be adjusted.
Cons
Complete disconnect between management on all levels and employees. Incompetency is rewarded. No feedback from management provided to any team members individually on a regular basis. Hard work and determination is rarely rewarded or acknowledged. There seems to be no understanding from above of the work lower level employees actually do. Reports of system or tool failings that severely impact the work of the CS team are largely ignored while focus is instead paid to increasing revenue. Management presents opportunities for employees to provide their own feedback which is then promptly dismissed or argued against. The truth does not appear to be a common tact used in this workplace. No ability to move up within the company. Employees are not valued. Culture of nepotism.
