Pros
Coworkers, great guys and knowledgeable. Some will even work double shift to lend a hand in the drop of a hat.
Cons
-Management- or lack off, East Region mgmt, is non existent, all communication is do via email no matter the urgency. Change of shift (email Friday afternoon for a Saturday), no follow up call.
-Mass emails degrading the technicians without having all the facts, just what was told by costumer.
-Formal training- simply put is a joke, 3 weeks of not structure instruction, no even a curriculum.
-Schedule- hire to work night shift, got switch to day, and end up work Saturdays (6 days a week) out of the blue. When approached mgmt about working a schedule with all techs, was told to deal with it.
-Counseling report- based in perceptions. One week you get a bonus for great job, next week you get a counseling for lack performance based in perception. All this without even calling coworkers or tech to verify what going on.
-Privacy- Counselings, personal problems are send in mass emails to include the third party company that include names and problems instead of been mgmt and employee only.
-Support- none existent, it seem like is tech against operators and mgmt.
