Learning on the job, being able to tinker with new things on the technical side, certification opportunities.
Cons
The bonus was split into two payments instead of coming in one go, which worked out badly from a Turkish tax bracket perspective. Hybrid working was 3+2 for two years with flexibility on which days to use, then it was switched to 4+1. Raises aren’t keeping up with conditions in Turkey.
