Pros
1) Salary payment is done in time. 2) HR policies are good. 3) Contract Works they usually undertake comes under the category as "government electrical projects". 4) Payscale provided is good enough(Not definetly the Best) for a beginner in his career.
Cons
1) No formal training is given for the job to work as a trainee site engineer, employees have to learn and gain experience by their own at the work. 2) The site engineers are overloaded with more tasks than just the site supervision.
