You are micromanaged, you are contacted out of work hours constantly, you are not valued. The boss talks badly of employees to other employees constantly and pits staff against each other. This promotes a conflict-ridden, uncommunicative, and toxic work environment for all staff members. You are not encouraged to take initiative in this company, you will be belittled and blamed for the mistakes of others. The safety of the outdoor staff is often not considered.
