Pros
- flexible timing - you dont have to have any skill sets, they especially hire unskilled people - because just want cheap labor who will follow instructions without using brain - It was a blessing in the beginning days , but later it turned into hell
Cons
- No job security- you will get eliminated from the company without any notice, you will just one day randomly log in and will find your account was deactivated. Although it is written in the agreement- 15 days notice is necessary from both parties but they wont respect that. - they are not looking for PERFORMERS - so dont take your job seriosuly , at least in this organization - they are too fake and cunning - the management is in the hands of unskilled people who dont know ABC of marketing, but still they are managing it - they will get things done by promising you bonuses but lately will cancel the bonus. - they are unethical and immoral people , they will treat you just like a resource and will not think twice before taking any big decisions. - the CEO of this company claims that he hires mostly women , its a sham- he get those same women fired too. - if you are lazy , free, have no job at all, and need some money, you may try this company but dont keep any expectations to grow here.
