Pros

Good products, treat customers well, affordable prices.

Cons

No technology was used to improve workflows or make tasks easier, but every small mistake was treated as a serious failure. We constantly took work home with us, carrying a level of responsibility and pressure that didn’t match the salary — which, in 2023, was frankly insulting. I left that store feeling traumatized and anxious. The leadership was controlling; the store felt more like the manager's personal space than a professional environment. The organization was chaotic, and we were often made to feel incompetent. The pay was ridiculously low, yet we were expected to take on responsibilities far beyond our roles — essentially doing managerial work without the title or the compensation. We were overloaded with tasks, stress piled up, and there was no recognition or support. The district management was awful. They gave us part-time contracts but expected us to work extra hours whenever it suited them. There were also incidents of customer harassment, and district management did absolutely nothing about it. Working there made me feel worthless and deeply unhappy. It took a lot of therapy to recover from the experience. I’m not the only one who went through this. I used to think the problem was me — until I met other people with the same experience. I’ve worked in other places before and after, and this was by far the worst. The products and customers are valued, but the sales staff is not.
