Pros

-Compensation increases only if you meet metrics every year. (And the metrics can be unattainable even if you're a hard worker, so it's like a pyramid scheme). -Health benefits offered are good -Remote work available

Cons

-Extreme micromanagement instead of hiring more staff for reasonable support on the work overload -They've added even more metrics that are almost impossible to attain -Took away PTO benefits last minute (except for management of course) -They mess with your schedule all the time, and now if your wifi goes out for 5 mins or if you need to use the restroom for 5 mins, they will deduct that from your pay! -Now instead of quarterly raise reviews, you'll have to wait every 6 months- year. Unsure of which will be now, since they don't inform us of changes until last minute. -Emails from HR and leadership are passive aggressive, they only pretend to care about their employees. Recent company changes have been so unfair to employees -There is no career advancement, they will tell you that you can apply to another department and it never happens -Once you've reached the top compensation tier by your own merit, and you're asking for reasonable accommodations due to all the changes mentioned above, they will find a reason to terminate you by overloading you with work and by not being clear with instructions, expectations or warnings. Termination will be confusing, unfair and without warning. No exit interview is provided. -Overall, it is lies, manipulation and gaslighting -Please save yourself! This company is not trustworthy for its employees or its customers. They're only using their employees like robots and it's not fair. They set their employees up for failure. There are better companies out there. Don't support this one.

Pros

The product is genuinely good, too bad the same can’t be said for how they treat the people who sell it.

Cons

Leadership talks a big game about people-first culture but the reality doesn’t match. The Chicago office expansion felt like a poorly thought-out experiment, new hires were brought on without a clear long-term commitment, and layoffs came without warning, leaving people blindsided. Crossing a billion dollars in revenue and still cutting employees sends a clear message about where workers rank on the priority list. Remote work flexibility is also a glaring weakness. For a company selling HR software to modern businesses, their internal stance on where employees can work is surprisingly rigid and hypocritical. The “flexibility” messaging is mostly optics. The broader concern is the AI roadmap. The automation push feels less like an innovation strategy and more like a slow wind-down of the workforce. Employees aren’t blind to it, it creates anxiety and erodes trust. The culture of transparency they promote externally is largely a facade internally.
