      Significantly good bonus, up to 20k per year ever since the covid period. Company doing very well during covid.

      Cons

      Project seems to be unstable, regardless, they will hire you on a permanent basis.

      Pros

      New PC Colleagues who suffer the same. (Unity) Mostly with ppl of color.

      Cons

      No Support/Manpower. No Proper Bonus Transparent Racism (Yellows Only) No Proper Promotion. Meaning Title/position does not match. You basically doing two roles/positions with low salary.
