Pros

Good money if you don’t need to sleep at night.

Cons

They send you out on leads that have not been pre-qualified, no questions asked and many that you couldn’t help in any way. The base pricing is full retail and you mark that up if you want to make anything at all. It’s a good product but the base is 2-3 times the cost of what you’re selling against. You jump into 4 times the moment you try to make a couple bucks. The send out the next days leads at 3:30, you’re required to be available from 9am-9pm m-f and 9-6 on Saturdays. You may only get 1 lead but that could be anywhere from 9-7. You’re instructed to mark up the retail price 1.7 times only to play slimy sales guy dropping the price down to the minimum. They advertise that you’ll make 84-125K a year which is a crazy long shot since they are hoping that you’ll close only 20% of your leads. No benefits, no mileage pay, no fuel card- nothing... I was sent on an appointment 50 miles away and since they didn’t prequalify I had to go twice. 200 miles at .56 cost me $112 to run a lead that had a 20% chance of closing.

- great pay - unlimited commission. - no micromanaging. - set your own schedule. - the best inside team to assist you. - chances to move up in the company.

Cons

- there are some slow times. - some leads are bad, but thats with every in home sales.

Horrible pay structure....The product is so overpriced it’s ridiculous and no one makes any money that’s why they’ve got an ad on craigslist every single week looking for sales people....the turnover rate is unbelievable The install department is a complete joke sometimes jobs would take 6 to 8 weeks for a job to be installed Due to the backlog on the install time, many many customers cancelled their order Management is pathetic and clueless....As one big message that was conveyed at a Friday sales meeting was “we’re not gonna take no for an answer this week” wow that was compelling!!!
