There are no cons, other than while the commute may be longer for some since the office is not located close to downtown Pittsburgh, there is no traffic on the commute, and parking is free.

Not much to say, but I met some great people that work here, most of whom have quit because upper management is that terrible!

You will be belittled, talked to like you are worthless, oh and dare I forget to mention the CEO will disrespect you in front of your wife at a Christmas Party in front of colleagues as well.
