Pros
My journey with Gyansys Infotech started with a proper process including technical test, GD and interview, which was smooth overall. From October, we had SAP ABAP training where we got to learn a lot of basics and real-time concepts, which helped in building a strong foundation. I joined in January as an intern in the SAP Technical team, and one good thing here is that project exposure is given from the start itself. I got my first project in January, completed it by April, and then got another project to work on — so learning has been continuous. The work environment is good and people are supportive. Saswati Pandab is very supportive and approachable. My manager Deepak Vaishya is very helpful and guides properly whenever needed, especially from a technical perspective. Also Shubham bhagat, who took my interview, has been supportive throughout. Apart from work, there are fun activities we alsohad a team outing in January which was really enjoyable, and in March there was a cricket tournament (GPL) which was also very fun and engaging. These things make the environment better and not just work-focused. Overall, it's a good place to start your career in SAP with real learning and exposure.
Cons
Sometimes workload can increase depending on project deadlines, but it helps in learning and growth.
