      From day one I felt welcomed at GYANT. I feel like I fit in GYANT's company culture. GYANT helps employees gain the tools and knowledge they need to be productive and happy in their roles. Overall, I am very satisfied with the onboarding process.

      Pros

      Good people. No egos even at the executive level was a real relief compared to other tech companies.

      Cons

      Lack of product development process meant preventable mistakes happened all the time and everything was twice as hard as it should have been. The company was struggling to find a product market fit. Hospitals make terrible technology customers; they have no incentive to innovate.
