      Flexibility in the schedule is great.

      Cons

      The toxic work environment here is far superior to any other gym. Regional manager has an undeserved superiority complex.

      People were friendly and I enjoyed being in a gym

      Pay mostly. Manager was a bit anal sometimes, but nothing to obad.
