Customers come first with focus on quality and addressing questions quickly and fairly. Beautiful campus with onsite gym and lunch room. My direct supervisor is compassionate and always willing to listen and help.

Cons

A growing company will always have pain points. The founder and owner is approachable and wants his company employees to grow and thrive.

Pros

Strong team culture with people who genuinely care and push each other to improve. Leadership listens and encourages ownership, humility, and integrity. Fast-paced environment where you’re building something meaningful. Tons of opportunity to grow and advance within the org if you’re willing to earn it.

Cons

Not really a con, but high expectations and a fast-paced environment aren’t for everyone. You need to be comfortable with change, taking ownership and figuring things out while the company continues to grow. You won’t always be handed a playbook or step-by-step SOPs. Instead, you might have to build them. This is also what makes Gymreapers fun.
