Don't Go: A Warning for Those Seeking Stability and Supporting a Family - Marketing Coordinator Gynoveda Employee Review

My experience working at Gynoveda was highly negative. Despite achieving my targets, I was placed on a PIP and removed from the office. The marketing department was unprofessional, with employees regularly using foul language and creating a toxic work environment and not to forget back-bitting team members. They will always laugh at your downfall. Management is biased towards long-time employees. The emphasis on "hustle" is misguided, and the company seems to underestimate the value of experience and hard work. Additionally, there needed to be more communication, and employees were often removed without prior notice. Even the head of the department left the organization without warning. Overall, I would not recommend working at Gynoveda due to these issues. If you have a family to support, look elsewhere for employment. Even if you're looking for a temporary job, there are much better options. Avoid Gynoveda if you can.
