Cons
There is little or no structure, you learn on the job, as you go, and you have to figure out how things work. The company has grown out of many small companies consolidation over many years, resulting in a chaotic substructure of special arrangements regarding ownership, rewards, salary and benefits, which can seem unfair or difficult to negotiate when your new and on your own.
