Pros
Dedicated teams, strong employees, award winning projects, fun atmosphere, people willing to help others when there are deadlines, flexible work schedule allowed, people enjoy sharing lessons learned and helping each other.
I have worked at multiple places in the past and while this industry does come with some work after hours, it's work life balance has been WAY better than other places. It's nice to see the owner of the company roll up her sleeves and join the forces when needed. The other places I worked at, we never even saw or even knew who the owners were. There have been some changes to the management team but it's great to see that the team left over has been working hard to keep us going strong even during Covid!
The teams were all trained on Revit and many other softwares and platforms during Covid when there was no billable work due to the shut down. Many companies would probably have let us go, but they invested in training hours to get us through the pandemic and make us stronger!
