Pros
Very relaxing work environment. Work hard and your SUPERVISORS will have your back through and through. If you work hard you will LOVE the people around you.
Cons
Poor decisions on how to spend their money. Instead of electric pallet jacks, they create second Meeting rooms for office workers. And I loved my Direct Managers but the more corporate Managers will make you believe that you’re being listened to and taken seriously about salary minimums and needs until you realize that they never had any intention of even trying to fairly compensate.
