Pros
Company will help you when in need of assistance, financially or otherwise. They will also work with you on other aspects, like if you needed to go get your kids, or have Dr appointments.
Cons
It does not ever feel like you are getting properly compensated. Even if you are chomping at the bit to learn more, or take on more responsibilities, and you are the only one trying to do so, It seems as if the only want to pay the bare minimum.
