Management is unprofessional, yelling at employees, calling them names and demeaning others constantly. HR doesn’t do anything about it and in fact will tell everyone what you’ve reported to her, so you can’t even complain without fearing retaliation. The general manager is aware of how unprofessional his management staff are and completely ignores it and brushes it under the rug.
