Pros

I’ve been with the company for 15 years, and throughout that time, I have genuinely felt supported by the owners, executive team, and management. They’ve encouraged my growth, involved me in meaningful decisions, and given me the space to build my skills and confidence. When I faced a serious illness last year, their compassion and support meant everything. Family is at the core of this company, and you really feel that you belong. Being part of this team has allowed me to be my authentic self and feel valued. The focus on kindness, culture, and work-life balance is real and lived daily. It’s rare to find a workplace that leads with empathy, fosters growth, and treats you like family. I’m grateful to have found that with H-Wave.

Pros

My personal experience with H-Wave has been super positive! The culture is upbeat, warm, and positive. Work-life balance is a proven reality with H-Wave. I see a heavy focus on patient care, quality products, as well as employee welfare. The leadership team is very engaged, supports employees and has an open-door atmosphere. Employee longevity is high - so many folks I'm working with have been here decades which is a testimony to the company.

Cons

Originally, I was concerned that a private company this size wouldn't offer a broad employee benefits package. I'm happy to see they are actually offering above and beyond what companies their size typically offer and more than I originally assumed when accepting my job. I'm very satisfied with the medical, dental and vision plan options.

Pros

Unfortunately, there aren't many positives to highlight. Company needs all new upper management/comp plan/culture.

Cons

The compensation is unfortunately quite poor, and there is little to no opportunity for upward mobility. Management often appears disengaged and unsupportive—many seem to be merely collecting a paycheck rather than actively contributing or leading by example. The compensation plan itself is deeply flawed; despite putting in hard work, employees are not fairly rewarded. Leadership tends to deflect concerns about pay by claiming the focus is on patient care, yet it's evident that those in upper management benefit significantly from the efforts of the sales team without sharing in the rewards. It creates a sense of imbalance and disillusionment among frontline employees. I would not recommend this company. So much turnover its crazy. Im looking for somewhere else to go.
