Everything else about this place is toxic and awful. My full review is as follows: Worked here for 3 months in hyrdo. Ill keep it short. These toxic micromanagers decided to force me off 2nd to 1st only to fire me. It took them longer than they expected and they did absolutely absurd things to make it happen. They literally wrote me up for a saturday i worked until exhaustion after a week of doing more work than any other workers there. There machines and the surrounding equipment were always gross and covered in coolant, grease, oil, ect. My first week on 1st, I cleaned literaly everything I could including one of their fans that havent been cleaned in years. None of the fans have been cleaned in years. This place is ran by folks who are too comfortable and very abusive/manipulative/toxic to maintain that comfort. If you are good people/good workers, DO NOT WORK HERE. If you like petty non work related toxic games for social supremacy and have no intention of ever being actually valuable in the work place, this is the perfect place for you. This is the most unreasonably "reasonable" place ive ever been. I was told I couldn't take my break a little later because I can't be anywhere else in the shop because that way people are where theyre supposed to be or something. The way Jerry worded it made it sound like I was in a concentration camp. These folks use reason like a bludgeon to ensure that no one who improve things gets in there. All the positions are covered and they have lots of actually really good workers but no good leadership. Just micromanagers that constantly cut me off while speaking only to be wrong half the time. I can't make this stuff up. Complete amateurs using a hand me down system of abusive rhetoric to ensure that anyone who takes issue with it get rattled out and I literally got released for not signing a write up I didn't agree with at all and held the line of reasoning. Their reasoning was "thats the rules." Worst reasoning ever really. But I was let go because I was upset with my lack of training and management in my area. I said nothing til they attacked me. Also, im pretty sure they fired their HR lady because she defended me at one point when I had to take 2 weeks off because I got hit with a massive stressor in my life that I cant currently detach from and hit me very hard at one point in my faith and motivation.
