Lack of management support and high costs impact work - Delivery Driver H2O Logistics Employee Review

Supportive team and management guidance with clear routes with steady work.

None that I can think of.

-Mandatory overtime -The volume of orders ensures that you will always have something to do -Monday through Friday -This is a straight out of high school job site or a “summer” job for those looking to work and rack up some extra coins. -Occasional birthday lunches or breakfasts here and there, nothing spectacular. -The owner/CEO is very friendly, welcoming and nice. Thats it.

-job title doesn’t match job description. -supervisor loves to micromanage -no room for growth -supervisors are young and you can tell that they will be there for a very long time. -even though supervisor knows his ins and outs about the business, his way is the only right way to do things. No room for creativity and new ideas are heard but not taken seriously. -very very repetitive. -if your not a warehouse worker, dont bother. 90% of the time will be spent pulling and picking small items. -if you go in as a temp, their conversion time is up to a year whereas other places only take 3-6 months. Regardless of how much OT you put in. -Be ready to see new faces on the daily, people don’t last long there.
