Cons
Leadership touts transparency but is largely opaque. Leadership wants employees to feel like it is a family-environment but that could not be farther from the truth, unless your idea of family is complete dysfunction and hypocrisy. Zero interest in investment in employees and anything that cannot be directly billed to a client. Zero loyalty to tenured and proven employees. Leadership offers unlimited PTO - for themselves; do not try to use it for yourself or you will face either direct or indirect consequences. Zero investment in systems and processes necessary for the growth they desire; cannot become a sustainable 150+ employee organization running off of only Gmail and Microsoft Sheets. Zero structure for compensation increases (on purpose) to allow management to stagnate employee compensation growth.
