Direct and quick feedback is provided on work. There are times where everything runs like a well oiled engine. You also get a lot of autonomy if you play your cards right. When you work hard your effort is acknowledged. You get to work directly under the bosses which forces you to learn a ton. This was a classic sink or swim environment. There’s also a high standard for work quality which helps challenge you.

Minimal team collaboration, zero culture. You can walk in, do your work and leave end of the day with no-one even acknowledging your existence - just imagine this everyday. It’s also got a very traditional hierarchy built in. You can also get pigeon holed and not realise. Morale was insanely low on the daily with an undertone of communal fear among staff. Consider checking in on your mental health when working here. You will do well here if you train yourself to become psychologically numb to nothing but work. One boss was decent while the other threw tantrums when things didn’t go his way. Hopefully as management evolves this lends to more support to junior staff and a larger focus on fostering any culture. Can’t say for others but expect a low pay. I’m only rating two stars instead of one as I can see everyone worked hard here and was trying their best work quality wise - although that doesn’t necessarily mean any attempt on a good culture nor that team work was made or valued.
