      Pros

      It is a family friendly company. Good team of people. Interesting work sometimes.

      Cons

      No growth, no cash. Lots of potential and promises, but does not deliver growth. Very limited cash makes doing any large project difficult/impossible. A lot of silo's exist.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Has a start-up feel without being a start-up, so HR and other support systems are a bit more defined while still maintaining a close familial feel.

      Still feels like a start-up
