Worst company I have ever worked for hands down. For a mental health company you’d expect them to care about employee wellbeing but this place does the absolute opposite. Countless people have left due to burnout, bullying and poor mental health that wasn’t an issue prior to joining. Favouritism is rife and proudly acknowledged and if you’re not a favourite you’re belittled. There is no professionalism and the double standards are crazy. The company is understaffed and the people overworked on a minimal salary. The micromanaging is unbelievable and you’d think you had walked into a primary school classroom if you joined. Your toilet breaks are timed, if you’re off the phone for a short amount of time you’re called out, it’s literally a glorified call centre
