Pros
Got along great with most employees. Relaxed work environment in the shop.
Cons
Lack of communication, organization, quality and pride in work. Short timelines and terrible design flaws cause techs and controls techs to always have to make up for on the back end. Most installs go on for extended periods of time trying to meet contract demands.
