It served its purpose for a time.
Cons
The organization lacks solid resources, tainted upper-management support and does not have a proactive growth model. Too many programs of the company are inconsistent or performative. Work-life balance is poor, and the leadership approach is often aggressive, requiring staff to compensate with personal time. Long-standing poor practices persist, in multiple areas, resulting in high turnover. Overall, the effort required in real life (beyond job descriptions) outweighs the value provided.
